1. Returns
- You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Exchanges
- If you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Shipping costs for exchanges may apply.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

- Provide photos of the damage or defect.
- We will replace the item at no extra cost, or offer a full refund if a replacement is not available.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:
- Undergarments or sports bras
- Accessories that are sealed for hygiene (e.g., water bottles)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
